Furikup and Cisco Call Manager

Hello,
my company just bought a new VOIP system from Cisco.
I'm trying to register Furikup on Cisco Call Manager, and it's working, but i have a lot of troubles...
First of all I cannot hear anything from my PSP neither from speakers or headphones  
On other phones sound from my PSP works, but has a lot of noise.

Wireless network is configured as WPA-TKIP
In ini file I configured our server IP addres in both "server" and stunserver:
server=10.0.105.11
username=
password=
stunserver=10.0.105.11
stunport=5060
input=usbmic

I'm using the talkman mic as input.

Do you have a Wireshark capture of the communication between Cisco Call Manager and PSP.   Is the PSP generating the INVITE or Cisco?  Could you grab the trace and post it.  Probably an SDP mismatch somewhere.....
