It starts but it gives to me this error.
In the end of screen (PSP)

Attempting to connect to network...«» (Is normal)
:  sceNetApctlConnect returns 8002013A «»(the error?)
Initializing camera... (Please ensure it is plugged in)

You can easily determine what the error is by looking at the pspsdk pspkerror.h, it is doing that due to the network libraries not being loaded. I cant tell you why, that is for you to work out.
