Developing a SIP Engine / Noobz work

Hi.
First of all, thanks to the Noobz team about their work. Its truly great.
As a developer, I'm interested in building a very similar PSP application (Video/Voice calls through SIP/RTP), and I would ask what whore your main trouble in porting this library's to the console. Mainly I would appreciate any insight you could provide into developing/porting such code.
Was there any special reason for the use of the current libraries (oSip/eXosip/oRTP) ?
Thanks
