Ok, if anyone is having the problem where it stays on Registering the Server, disable your router's security and it should work. It worked for me.

FWDTalk Web Call:

PC callers do not need an FWD account.

Example:
My PSP's Web Presence (linked to my Web Call)

Problems:

-  How to input the password to retrieve Voice Mail1

- SIP URI with that need asterisk * or plus + in order to place a call.
Such as numbers out side of the FWD network2.

1 Interface limitations?
Edit: 2 Peering was down between FWD and some SIP providers. It works now.

Hey can't get this to work...please help...
when i launch the program, after it DOES CONNECT, it says:

Initializing Camera... (please ensure it is plugged in)
Processed address book : 3 contacts
Starting up...
Registering with server...

and that is where it freezes.  I have read the entire forum and some said that if it froze on "registering with server", you need to disable security....but we have NO SECURITY on our wireless...so what could be up?

furikup is placed in Game371 folder, and I am on 3.71 m33-1

here are my config settings:

server=sip.voipbuster.com
username=(username here)
password=(password here)
stunserver=stun.voipbuster.com
stunport=3478
input=headset

I have also tried changing stunport to 5060, with no luck...please help!

Many Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Using the "FWDTalk Web Call" from within your own network, seems not to work.
This feature should really be used for OTHERS to call your PSP, and it must run on Internet Explorer, I tried other browsers and it failed to load or work.

To test if your incoming calls are working use the link for "Call Me", and FWD will call your PSP and will try to connect you to others that are also testing.

Your "number" is your voipbuster username. Your contact info would be:
Code:
sip:username@sip.VoipBuster.com

If you were wanting a telephone number to dial into your PSP from a telephone then I do not think that voipbuster gives you one.

Free PSTN Number:
Get a free PSTN Number that will ring your PSP.

US: IPKall. Tested. Working.
Get a free incoming United States (Washington state area code) PSTN phone number.
This number can be dailed from a cellphone or landline to reach your PSP.

Notes:
-You must have an SIP account like FWD to use IPKall. See my previous post for FWD setup.
-To keep your IPKall number active, a >30 second call must be answered once every 29 days.
-Only the phone number is free, not making calls to it. This means that callers may be charged local or long distance tolls.
-Tested and confirmed working with FWD and PSP, might work with other providers.

UK: UKnumber Tested. Working.
Get a free incoming United Kingdom (056 or 0870 area code) PSTN phone number.
This number can be dailed from a cellphone or landline to reach your PSP.

Notes:
-You must have an SIP account like FWD to use uknumber.co.uk. See my previous post for FWD setup.
-To keep your uknumber.co.uk number active, a >30 second call must be answered once every 89 days.
-Once you signup follow e-mailed instructions very carefully.
-Only the phone number is free, not making calls to it. This means that callers may be charged local or long distance tolls.
-Tested and confirmed working with FWD and PSP, might work with other providers.

Warning for uknumber.co.uk:

Although this will work with the UK, those numbers are premium rate, i.e. will cost a packet -
and are usually excluded from free call packages from your standard phone provider.

Thanks Fanjita for clarification for this service.
