I'm from Germany and have a problem...
The App doesn't find my usbmic!?
why!?
also sipgate doesn't connect with the server...
which config list must i have?

also the app display "Initializing camera...(please ensure it is plugged in) "
but i had choose the usbmic in the config

What about Ekiga? I setup a couple of Ekiga's account but it didn't work, but it's because the STUN server. I can't find any to connect to. Can anyone write some please? My PSP stays always at "Server: Connecting", and then it freezes.

You can leave the default stun server unchanged in the sipcfg.ini - it should work fine with any SIP provider.

password=[six letters]

Also for the test call try:
"SIP test,sip:10000@sipgate.de,sip,test"

I have to correct you on the readme file included with this great program  
VoipBuster does work   Just tested it, calling, hearing and talking all work, not a perfect clear line but it worked. I used the Talkman mic.

Here's the setup for voipbuster (of course you have to create an account there first)

server=sip.VoipBuster.com
username=your_voipbuster_username
password=**********
stunserver=stun.voipbuster.com
stunport=5060
input=usbmic

Notes:
- forward port 5060 in your router
- you have to provide your own username and password

Sample phonenumber for voipbuster:

John,sip:0031701234567@sip.VoipBuster.com,John,Doe

When we tested it we found that calls to and from PC clients would not work, but that was on early builds. Have you been able to call to/from the PSP to a telephone and a PC, or just to a PC. Unless it works to/from a PC client and telephone then I think it is better leaving it as incompatable.

Hey All found a GREAT free SIP provider ... that allows FREE calls from your PC / PSP to land lines!!  Wahoo!!  In reading the "fine print" it will give you 300 minutes:

contacts file is like this:
House,sip:1"area code""phonenumber"@sip.VoipCheap.com,mr,man


no quotes and no spaces in the phone number it should be something like this 18885551212  at least for calls in the US not sure about outside of the US

PSP is Custom FW 3.71 M33-2
Kernel set to 3.71
App placed in GAME folder

WILL ALSO WORK if:
Kernel set to 1.50
App placed in GAME371 folder


I hope this helps you all!  So far it's the only one I found that gives true free calls to landlines!!  And I've been looking since this was released last night! :-)

Oh yeah ... also if your press your "select" button on your PSP you will get "detailed" info when you place a call
