Problems using guide to make Pandora and MMS with phat PSP 4.01 M33-2

I'm using the guide Pandora's Battery by Team C+D, on this site.

Every time i start the Pandora's battery Firm.Installer i get a message saying "The game could not be started (80020148). I've have changed Game folder homebrew to 1.50 kernel and also downloaded the the required files several times, just to be sure that the files aren't messed up. I have tried with two different MS and batteries. I've formated the MS in windows xp and also check for bad sectors without any errors.

I have used the same psp to install CFW on my friend's PSP slim, without any problems. Has it anything to do with the 4.01 M33-2 i'm using?
