Hi, I have a PSP that I had 3.40oe-a on it. I stopped using it about a year ago (just got busy in life) and recently pulled it out. I found that I couldn't play loco roco 2 on it that I bought from a store and assumed that it was because I needed to have a CF 5.02. So I upgraded my FW to 3.52 M33 and then tried to install 5.02GEN-A. When it was going through the update, it had comments regarding the idstorage and appeared to have locked up. I waited for nearly a half hour but it wouldn't do anything. No button responses or anything. So I turned it off and every since, it won't do anything. The green light comes on when I power it up but the screen remains dark. The amber light will come on if I plug in the AC.

Have I totally bricked my PSP? Cry

No sounds like a semi brick.

If you can get into recovery (to access shut PSP right down, hold "R" trigger while powering up) why dont you just use the recovery EBOOT which is 3rd one down the menu... it brings your psp back to 1.50
