I recently got a PSP (Version 3.90 || PSP-2001) and im trying to hack it to play games and all that good stuff

How would I get started doing this WITHOUT having to buy anything....just download some firmware and stuff

You're being pretty rash.  Who says that hack to play games means piracy.  What about emulators and homebrew games and stuff?

If you look at his otherposts, you'll see that I wasn't rash at all.

You can tell when somebody want's homebrew and when somebody want's illegal games.
