Downgrade a 3.51?

Hi all.   Ive just aquired a fat 3.51.  i know this has probably been answered 100s of times but im hoping to dg so i can play snes emus and iso games and i can never find a straight answer

I have a pro duo 512mb and 1gig stick and 2 standard batteries.

Is there any chance i can have a simple bit of hand holding, i always seem to miss something or get an out of date explanation.

i just need to know what to do next, and if im missing anything?

Any help would be so valuable and id appretiate it so much.

You are missing that SNES roms are ISO images.
Also you ask directly for instructions how to play ISO games.
