I have several webtv keyboards that I'm wanting to use with pikey..... The one I am holding atm is a model: SWK-8640 and is mfg. by Philips. I have looked for any mention of these boards being used with a psp on the net and have found nothing. When I hold the keyboard up to the ir port on my psp and hit the mute button, my psp's on screen key entry thingummie starts going crazy, so i know there is some form of communication there..... Is there any way to get this thing working with my PSP?

Do a search on google for them, the reason I chose this one is because they are very small, and can be found at just about any thrift store. I'm sure there are lots of people out there who would find support for this board helpful.

thanks.

I am unaware if this specific keyboard is compatible with the PSP (it probably is)

Read this topic as to find out how the best way to get the keyboard supported by PiKey.

Ty inserting random values in PSPIRKEYB.INI where it asks for "Keyboard Value." It's bound to pick up. Pleasenote that the PSP has to be restarted for changes to take place in piKey after changing settings.
