Wow odd!

@PSPDemon

Set your keymap to default. (We may have to code a keymap together) Don't worry it's dead easy and you don't need to have any programming experience.

Also waht does the piKey sample give you? Also it's better to create new topics than to edit old ones. Wink

@ Loonix. Infact ZX-81's applications crash with piKey. I just coded a fix to this this morning and it works great!

@Everybody with problems!

OK guys do this:

Instructions on how to get this thing to work:

-  Install Unofficial piKey 0.5 withthe installer. (Link is above.)
-  If it fails to work, overwrite the piKeyIR.PRX with the one in this thread.
-  Test it.
-  Find the 0.5 version of piKeyIR.PRX and overwrite the 0.3 version.
-  Test it

That should fix it!

Man that's odd!

found out something...

its only when the keyboard goes into web text osk that it does all sorts of funky things...

other than that everything else works just fine Smiley

only problem now is the psp controls are not mapped :S im sure its a simple fixed Smiley

okay... as i stated in the previous post the key map works flawlessly... now my only problem is setting the psp controls to keyboard...

any thoughts? mainly the problem is i cant select web browser or anything from keyboard... i have to manually do it on the psp... however hitting enter with the coorect text input on the osk works just as it should :S

anyway thanks for supporting the belkin keyboard... had it for a long time and was hoping this keyboard would work some day Smiley

Phew that's good news! There is one issue when entering text and that's in the URL box in the browser. Text input works fine anywhere else such as google. Smiley

Assigning keys to PSP buttons is also very simple. This is a DIY job that you can do. A tutorial will be launched at release.

Together we'll make a Belkin expansion pack to ensure that you get 100% out of your keyboard.

Please be patient with  me and after launch I promise to clear things up.

Thanks

Angelo (Typed on a Targus)

Let's sort out some issues.

Those having promblems with piKey not working, read me instructions about piKeyIR.PRX in my previous post.

Those with a belkin driver have to adjust their PSPIRKeyB.ini file.

Those with keymap / CTRLMap issues have to wait for the release as the sample used in the pre-release is broken.
