There's a 30-day return on the item.... Get it replaced as everything seems to indicate it is faulty. Explain them that you had to open it. The will understand I guess.

Code:

Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Yes wakaru, all problem was that Keyboard not transmit anything.

I recommend to all the IRCAPTURE homebrew.

I only have one little problem, i'm spanish, and the keymap not match with english, if fanjita are searching a betatester+"little developer" i can help on it. For the moment i review the source code of pikey 0.3

Hi
while experimenting with the camera of my mobile phone (w810i) i found that it can make IR visible!
i pointed a common remote control at it while filming and it was like a flashlight on the movie.

Further experiments with IR shell and my w810i showed that
when ececuted in 3.40 kernel the Signal sent by the PSP was much stronger
when i launched IR shell from (at that time) 1.50 the power of the IR LED was very weak.

Maybe this can help you to find bad Hardware!

Today i still use my mobile to determinate if my remotes need fresh batterys Smiley
