piKey.prx [GAME150] plugin

When trying to enable it on the Recovery Menu, I couldn't find the needed line. I read in other forum that the mentioned plugin is merged w/ the [GAME] one. Is it true?

Yeah... when I was making the installer, I think I may have bypassed the 1.50 bit. (You may have seen in flash when installing piKey)

So, in that case, you may have to add the line yourself.

Create a file:

ms0:/SEPlugins/Game150.txt

And add to it

Quote
ms0:/SEPlugins/piKey.PRX

That will enable it in Game150 mode.

The reason why I did this was to show my view on the 1.50 kernel. I think it should be scrapped with. Nobody codes in the 1.50 kernal anymore and for those who have 1.50 homebrew, there is eLoader by Noobz.

NOTE: If anybody has 1.50 homebrew WITH the source code, I'll be happy to port it to the 3.XX+ kernel. It will run quicker and will run on slims too.

Ok, thx. But, you didn't bypass it. The installer created the needed line on the game150.txt file.

Well, I can't find the line "piKey.PRX [GAME150]" on the M33 Recovery/Plugins Menu.

And when trying to follow your "piKey's Guide To Map Files", I can't find the "DISABLED IN 150" line on the piKeyConfig.text file.

ps: I'm using the v0.3 of piKey.prx, because the v0.5 never worked on my PSP. In the end, the keyboard fully work on XMB, ebrowser and homebrews, tho I dunno what's the assigned Triangle key. ^^

ps2: When running piKey_Sample, it never stops flashing while showing the message "w8ting to keys to be pressed".

ps3: Many doubts, I know. Thanks in advance!

Try the download again, I have a feeling that you downloaded the oldest version of it.
