Hi all, i use a Palm One Universal Keyboard ( code 20 ). All apps using keyboard have the same problem: programs lock awaiting for next keyboard digit, so programs cannot refresh video or handle PSP Buttons. I'm having this problem in all keyboard homebreaw i used: PSPSSH, PSPVNC, PSPPoste, AFKIM.

In PSPVNC for example i cannot move the mouse because i cannot use psp buttons. I have to hold down the psp button i want to press and then press a keyboard key. This way the homebrew unlocks, handles the keyboard key and psp button and then locks again awaiting for next key press.

In PSPSSH for example, if i want to write hello, i press 'h' and apparently nothing appens, then i press 'a' and 'h' appears, then i press 'l' and 'a' appears etc. This means that psp locks awaiting for next key before refreshing screen with written key.

I've seen that using Targus driver ( code 15 ) this problem doesn't occur. The psp doesn't lock waiting next key and i can use without problems the psp buttons and keyboard keys ( of course, not having a Targus keyboard, the keys pressed doesn't correspond to the ones i want to use ).

Is there anything i have to configure or to install, or simply there is a problem with PiKey? Thanks.

I believe there was a problem with the current drivers that we use for Palm.  A fix went into the driver library recently, I hope to include that in a future release of piKey, which ought to fix your problem.  No idea of likely schedule, though.

Actually, it probably won't. Tongue

IIRC, the changes to pspirkeyb for improved PalmUW support were committed to SVN after the release of 0.3.

Will be able to play with it soon. Got a Palm on the way and piKey built against the latest libpspirkeyb.

It's fixed in "Unofficial piKey 0.4!"

Keep a look out!  Wink
