Firmware?

The latest build of the Unofficial piKey I'm working with works great with my magicgate enabled 4GB PSP!

I'll email you when I get a chance... I'm busy with school at the moment!

The firmware is 4.01 M33-2 (As mentioned in Title), can you send me a pre-installed version so all I have to do is drag and copy a seplugins folder to the root of my mem stick and then just enable it through recovery

 Shocked

Wow.I'll ake a look when I get a chance. piKey isn't one of my main priorities right now I'm afraid.  Sad

When I get back into the swing of piKey, I'll take a look.

Angelo

EDIT: What stick are you using? Size, make... also what's your PSP motherboard? (Use Key Cleaner to find out your PSP motherboard info. Smiley)

Do ZX-81's IRDA apps work?

Install the 150 kernel. I heard that installing it can fix it.

Do you ge any on screen messages? Check piKeyConfig.txt.

Have this set to "Y" and tell me if you get response. Smiley

When set to "Y" the message "pikey is active" comes up but still nothing from keyboard, there seems to be something magical about pikey 0.3 than there is in 0.4

Well if the message pops up, that's good news. It shows that it's actually RUNNING in the background!

Have you checked all the config files?

Check your PSPIRKeyb.ini I think that may be your issue!

If the message is showing that piKey is running, then you shouldn't have any issues. Set your keyboard to "15" and your keymap to "Targus.ini".

This may also fix it. Add this to your ms0:\SEPlugins\VSH.txt file:

Quote
Flash0:\KD\IRDA.PRX

That may also fix it if else fails.
