Hi,

Couldn't get Pikey 0.4 to work so went back to 0.3 which works ok - can control the xmb and webbrowser text input from the keyboard

My problem is that PSPWrite doesn't seem to work. I launch the app and it freezes at the splash screen. Any ideas anyone? I haven't modified any of the files that installed with PSPWrite - do I need to update a config file?

I am using PSPWrite 1.0.5, using firmware 3.52 m33-4. There are two plugins enabled - the pikey GAME and VSH ones

thanks in advance Wink

Hold 'select' down for 10 seconds as PSPWrite loads. That will disable piKey.

piKey and PSPWrite conflict with each other, a bug ZX81 and I will fix together!

Have fun mate!

Have there been any developments with Pikey since I last posted here?

If you remember, I can get PIkey 0.3 working with PSPWrite but not PIkey 0.4 (it freezes PSPWrite at the splash screen)

this is a bummer, as I would really like the key-repeat ;(

I've succesfully compiled PSPWrite with key repeats and I've made the feel of it perfect! It's a shame that ZX-81 doesn't really like my idea. Sad

Anyway, I plan to release my version of PSPWrite and auto piKey disabler. Wink

I'll release all my code to ZX81 so he can copy it.

Hi there,

I was just wondering if any work had been done with getting key repeats?

Happy new year!

Haha! My friend, it's bundled in with Unofficial piKey 0.5 Smiley

In Unofficial piKey 0.5, I've created a version of PSPSWrite with key repeats and the latest drivers. Smiley

Moreover, I've added a few lines in the 0.5 release so that if a ZX-81 aplication is detected it automatilcy exits the piKey thread, meaning that it won't freeze anymore. Smiley

Have fun!
