I've just bricked my psp downgrading from v3.71M33-3 to v3.52M33 in order to use piKey0.4 the green light comes on for 30 seconds with nothing on screen, then goes off I did it all properly, it v3.52M33 installed fine with no errors then said to switch off press X.. did this, and it never came back on... tried to turn on then I realised something was up Why Did I Even Bother ****ing Pandora batteries are over £30 on eBay, I simply cannot afford it (excuse my language  ) edit> I made my own by snipping a tiny pin and everything works fine now thankyou internet  |

Dude you bricked for my app! Oh dear!  One thing extra in Unofficial piKey 0.4, is that'll you all get a help servise from me when you all get stuck. So... Is the R trigger button working at least? |

Well the trigger works usually, but it is not working in the sense it wont let me into the CFW boot menu  I have emailed someone in my hometown from the downgrader support forum.. hopefully they will help me out. Your support is wonderful Angelo, I think I should have gone from v3.71 to v1.50 first, then back to v3.52. What a pain. I'm good at instructions and have not had a problem until now. I have faith though. If I can't get someone to help me unbrick, I'll find a pandora+mms somehow, god damn I will! |

I think I should have gone from v3.71 to v1.50 first, then back to v3.52. yah that's kinda risky I always downgrade to 1.50 its nearly fail-safe. |

What!?!?!? To install 3.52 M33 - 4, you MUST have 1.50 installed. Sorry my friend, Pandora is your only friend that can help. |

Of course I realise this now.. I had the 3.71M33 1.50 addon installed, I really thought that with CFW you can just go to the one you want. I understand this is all a learning process and sometimes we have to learn the hard way. I'm sure I'll get the help I need somehow, thanks for your input. You guys are marvellous. I have found an 'easy installer' which seems great but unfortunately I dont have a soldering iron (or much experience), it would seem I can use my memory card reader.
The guys on psp-hacks are helping me out.
I'll have to buy a soldering iron tomorrow.

For that price my friend, you could send it to me. I can downgrade it, install 3.52 M33 - 4, install Unofficial piKey 0.4, put decent homebrew apps on and give you a bundle of software...

If angelo steals your PSP we will all boycot pikey ^^ better send the PSP inshured, after all it is a sensible piece of electronics (i would reccomend sending a MS and a battery they dont break so easy and are easier to replace) Probably Wakaru or fanjita could also help they are on the island too i belive |
