psp slim wont boot power keeps switching off

tryin to downgrade a psp slim fireware 3.95 but the pandora menu woundnt show. now when you insert the slim battery the power light switches on then turns off.  
    this is a PAL psp slim would it make any diference if GTA:LCS the american version umd was in the psp while on??

yeah man because i have a fat psp and when i put the memory stick in with the battery it comes up with the universal pandora menu, but when i put them in the slim psp the screen goes blue and nothing happens but when i try to turn the slim on with a normal slim battery the power light shows then turns off after a few secs

The magic stick from the original pandora ONLY works in the FAT PSP.

You need to do a new magic memory stick as described in THIS PANDORA´s GUIDE. This one should work on both Slim and Fat PSPs.

i think it is the fat and slim pandora menu. i got it from '================' it says universal unbricker - which can downgrade psp slim to 3.71m33 so i chose that option
   would it make any differnce if GTA:LCS the american verision was in the (PAL) slim psp which hasent been downgradeed to m3 fireware yet. not sure f the differnt region disk would make a differnce to the OFW slim?
