I have a few questions to ask now. Does it already come with Recovery Menu, or do I have to download it. And how do I update my M33 firmware to 3,71 M33-4? That is all.

hold the right trigger while powering it on from a 'full off'
that takes you to the recovery menu

So... you say you wasted your time posting this
and mine answering it
and many others time reading both
if you just could have tried something you knew would not harm your PSP?
I am glad thats not a problem for me ^^

to put it simply, it wont.
they mess around with the RCO's around every major version, if you try it will semi-brick your PSP

it can...
you can extract the sounds and images wir a programm called RCO edit
then you need to infuse them in their 3.71 .rco files...
much work, especialy when you have customized text placements and sizes.

the (i belive) latest release thread:
RCO edit
the most important thing is, so i belive, that your RCO's are uncompressed and of the correct firmware.
