magic gate support

is sony the only brand of pro duo that is magic gate supported?
or are there any cheaper alternatives?

i just upgraded to 3.91m33-3 then 4.01m33-2 about 30mins ago.
i was having a problem in the fact that my recently discovered counterfeit SONY stick was not displaying homebrew.

throwing the programs on the 32mb stick that came with it seems to resolve this issue and suddenly i can see programs on the XMB.

I recomend Sony for obvious reason, but Sandisk are a good make as well. I don't recommend Lexar. I suggest you buy it online (but go for the most reasonalbly expensive one) or get it from a store. You should have to pay more than £30 for a 4GB. I'll let you do the maths!

my god, if i had to pay £30 for a car i'd be scared. (whats that, 15 000$cdn? ah, close enough)
in canada - well, the toronto area - rule of thumb is if sony charges 60$ for a 4gb than that's the most you should pay for an 8gb of any other brand.

that's why i asked. but i think this reaffirms the decision to go buy a sandisk and stay away from lexar.
any particular reason 2/3 people say lexars no good?

Lexar can corrupt plugins. I'm on my PSP which is why I'm brief.
