Basically, if I use a homebrew enabled PSP and use the Remote Play feature, can Sony somehow find out and disable my access to the PlayStation Network?  I'm curious to see how Remote Play works with my PSP, but I don't want to risk Sony finding out I have a hacked system and potentially ban me from using my PS3 online.  Please let me know if this would present a problem.  Thank you.  ^_^

"You're safe" is the shot answer.

Sony couldn't legally do anything even if they "could find" out.

The fact that there is no evidence to suggest that Sony could do that. Moreover, they can't block their own device with the users' permission and I doubt many people would agree to block their own device!

The final nail in the coffin is that CFW has been aroung long before remote play, so surely they would have some something by now!

Even if it was to happen, there are ways of getting around it. Wink
