Hi,

i am new to all of this custom firmwares for the psp, but i have been able to install 3.71 m33-3 on my fat psp using the lumines method...

i am now interested in getting some emulators for like sega mega drive / master system, nes / snes / n64, and playstation 1 (psx / psone)...

cause i am new to this i dont want to go downloading heaps of different apps, and find they dont work, so i thought i would ask now, rather than later...

also on a side note, can i install 1.50 as an addon, even tho i have 3.71 m33-3? if so, how? lol

many thanks

The procedure for installing the 1.50 firmware is described in our 3.71 M33 - CFW Installation Guide / Tutorial.

As for the best emulators, I recomend the:

Gameboy Advance Emulator http://dl.qj.net/Unoffici...pg/12/fid/15295/catid/122

Gameboy Emulator http://dl.qj.net/Homers-R.../pg/12/fid/4888/catid/121

NES Emulator http://dl.qj.net/NesterJ-...pg/12/fid/14235/catid/127

SNES Emulator http://dl.qj.net/SNESPSP_.../pg/12/fid/7758/catid/135

Sega Mega Drive Emulator http://dl.qj.net/DGEN-v1..../pg/12/fid/9618/catid/133

Master System Emulator http://dl.qj.net/SMS-Plus...pg/12/fid/14536/catid/134

PS1 Emulator (Built into the PSP)

Oh, and don't ask where to get the ROMS to play with because you won't get the answer on these forums. It's best to google it.  Wink

Hope this helps!

automaticly Wink

no, not entirely true.
1st option. there is a /psp/game150 folder. in that goes the good ole homebrew.
the second option since some old homebrew requires to be at a specific location is that you can chnge it in the recovery mode
(hold the right trigger while coldbooting the PSP)

There is usually a Readme.txt file included in the emulator package for a reason. It usually tells you how to install the emulator as well.
