So I was reading this article on QJ.net (http://pspupdates.qj.net/...P-models/pg/49/aid/128837).  Can anyone tell me anything else about the GripShift exploit?  It mentioned that people here were involved.

I'm asking because I recently bought a new PSP (my phat is dying), and I ended up with a Piano Black PSP 2000 that just happens to have the TA088v3 motherboard in it.  I borrowed a friend's pandora battery to try and see if it would work, and I'm wondering if this exploit needs one or not.
