I was just playing around with the Lumines Gamesaves, and if most of the data is the same between both gamesaves, I've possibly converted it to the Korean and Japanese version for you guys. The information you need to change resides in PARAM.SFO, all you need to do is Hexedit the gamesave information.

For example, make a copy of the ULUS10002LUMINES folder, open the PARAM.SFO file in a Hex editor, search for the text ULUS10002 and replace with ULJS19005 (for Japanese) or ULKS46005 (for Korean). Then, just rename the folder to the according ID (ULJS19005LUMINES for Japanese or ULKS46005LUMINES for Korean).

I apologise in advance if this method does not work and/or if it's already been tried before, but I thought I'd share this with you guys anyway.

Cheers for the great work on the Downgrader Smiley

Forgot to mention, the hex location in the PARAM.SFO file is 00000510

hey wait. hold on awhile. my lum, ines isnt uljs19005 i just found out. its uljs00005 and theres some guy on playstation forums who has this:

Yes, I was complaining about this, but I solved it before Noobz. I will come out with the downgrader for Japan Lumines as well. And this works, I tryed it on my friends copy, now excited about downgrading for my 67th time

1. Download this

2. Extract the contents of the 'ULJS00005' folder from the ZIP file into the 'SAVEDATA' folder in your memory stick. (HINT: MS_ROOT>PSP>SAVEDATA)

3.Start the game, and as soon as it gets to the 'Press START' screen, or whatever it is in Japanese.  If you wait until the demo has started, the exploit may not work.

4.The screen should go blank, and the exploit will start after a few moments.  It doesn't do anything except look pretty at this stage - but feel free to enjoy the first homebrew on your v3.10 - v3.50 PSP
Here's a picture of the exploit in action:

yes all that. but some how i downloaded it but doesnt work. and maybe you could explain the difference between uljs00005 and uljs19005
