TA-082, downgrade to 1.50 from 2.81(upgrade to 3.03 first)

Hi, well i have a TA-082 PSP im planning on upgrading to 3.03 and then downgrading to 1.50 then to 3.40 OE-A is that possible? and the thing is, i heard something about the ID storagekey, can someone please explain what it is and where i can find it, please help~

Just follow the instructions from the downgrader package and you will be OK.
Grab the downgrader from www.noobz.eu
Make sure you have the unpatched copy of the UMD GTA:LCS, or otherwise you will not be able to dongrade.

Yea, i checked it out but the thing is it says check if HEN is working but the thing is HEN is not working.. and it says
"10 - Check that HEN is running by going to system settings, then to
     "System Information" and it should show up as system version
     303 HEN
11 - If it is showing up as HEN then go to the memory stick and
     run the x.yz update"
but the thing is it just shows up at version 3.03 it doesnt show up as HEN... and i dont even know where the x.yz update thing :S
please help me out, thank you in advance!

Once HEN is running you should see this in System Information:
 


Only after that you will be able to run the downgrader (which is the XY.Z Update)



X.YZ Update should be in GAME->MEMORY STICK->X.YZ Update of your PSP menu (A.K.A. XMB - Cross Media Bar)

Read he instructions from the filename in the Readme.txt file as many times as necessary until you understand the whole process.

Alternatively you can check some videos of the process which probably will clarify you one or two things (since it does not seem that you know what your are doing, no offence mate).
