Hi,
i tried to install DC v8 on the stick and used the pandora battery to downgrade or upgrade my fat PSP to 5.0 firmware.
When I try to use the same battery on this new slim PSP the psp turns on  but nothing happens, usually with the key I am holding (up key) the memory stick will start to access quickly and showing me the msg ask me if I want to install the firmware. But in this case it did not happen.
I switch back to the fat PSP and run the same process and it worked. Then I went back to the PSP slim its the same result.

Any idea what I did wrong or I need to make a special battery just for the PSP Slim?
Or the memory stick I made don't work with the slim?

Thanks

Quite probably you have a Slim PSP with a TA-88v3 Mainboard Sad
Have a look at the TA-88v3 identifyer tutorial at the exophase Forum

If your Slim reads music, pictures and loads ans saves gamesaves that is most probably what is wrong.

If your PSP does not do that it most probably has a defective Card reader or dirt in the slot Wink
