experience: i've succeeded in creating pandoras and have downgraded my friend's psp phat and my own psp slim. i own 2 psp slim with cfw, one with 3.90 m33-3 and one with 3.8 m33-5. i have been able to successfully work most applications on psp slim and phat.

fee: no fee required if done in person. depends on if you are cool. buy me lunch and it'll be algood.

other: i can install cfw 3.71 m33-2, 3.80 m33-* and probably more if you need.
