There was only 1 brick from all these 600 ICQ helps, but this was a CRC error while downgrading. Not my fault, I found out that he has used a cheap fake memstick.
I do just use a original SanDisk Memstick to downgrade.

I have GTA:LCS AND Lumines unpatched, so I can help to downgrade here in germany.
