Well I'll explain my situation first.
3.93 Firmware
PSP 2000 series (slim)
I bought a datel tool battery (3.6v 1200amh w/e)
I turned my psp on them plugged in battery (as instructed) but no charging icon showed up =/
Yay first problem. Next.
Is it just me or is dark alex's site down?
I do have a friend who has a downgraded psp, so just running me through steps to do
Also checked that tutorial but again, dark alex's site is down = no downloads.
Help a psp-challenged dude out plz Smiley

why did you buy a datel battery when you had a friend with a CFW PSP who could have made the pandora battery and magic memory stick for you, using you existing battery.  Sighs.

Most downloads from dark alex's site are available elsewhere, google it.

The battery won't charge though Sad
Besides, the datel battery is my only battery so..
If the battery won't charge the other problem is unimportant

Well if the datel battery does not charge, when you insert it into your psp switched on and connected to charger then its a faulty battery, return to where you bought it and get replacement.

So you have no other battery, how have you been playing your psp.?

I haven't been playing
Before I bought this battery I hadn't touched my psp in a while.
The battery before this one I tried to solder but that failed miserably, battery = dead.
I bought this battery through divineo.com, using a paypal.
Should I submit a complaint through paypal or ask for a replacement from divineo.com

Ask for replacement.
