Ok I have never done any of this before, but have modded many of consoles before.

I am wondering if any downgrader above version 2.60 will work for my psp or if I MUST UPGRADE TO THE DOWNGRADERS VERSION FIRST?

If I need to upgrade my firmwre first- does anyone know what the current version is? The one my psp would upgrade to if I did a network upgrade. And how I would go about upgrading my 2.60fw psp to, ..say..,   2.80fw so i could use the 2.80 downgrader.

Thanks for your help!!  Grin Cool

Read a few things... I think I need to have my firmware at version 2.80 to use the "2.80 to 1.50 downgrader" and the same for other versions of downgraders.

Just if anyone could verify this for me I would appreciate it!
