Hi, I'm a major noob at HB, but I do need a magic MS file so I can downgrade with my "TOOL" battery. Does anybody have a link to someplace I can get it. And no I don't know anyone with a HB PSP so I can't take it off my friends. PLZ any help Huh

Those files are illegal to distribute, at least in most countrys.
sorry.

But i do know that some easy installer out there do contain them.
I suggest you do a search for a easy installer with a size of at least! 80MB

They´re unencrypted files from the Sony´s Firmware.

They´re copyrighted protected files not intended to be distribute in that way.

That is why they should not be shared or distributed in any way.

This would be a great sticky.  A lot of people that are new to homebrewing don't know that distributing these files is illegal.  Someone mentions it in nearly every thread, but if there was a sticky people wouldn't have to explain it so much.

no it not b/c Microsoft Corporation v. AT&T Corp. the Supreme Court ruled software code is an idea without physical embodiment

Did you even read the article you linked to? It obviously says that it is illegal and is NOT LIMITED to physical structures.
