Hi all,
I have a 4.01 M33 (only after you guys helped me get there though - thanks!), and would like to be able to downgrade slims.

I have a fat pandoras battery (actually it's a datel tool, but it does the same job), with a magic memory stick (Created using pandora's box on win xp - didn't need cfw to create). This magic memory stick downgrades to 1.50, but has 3.52M33 on the memory stick so you upgrade after the downgrade.

However i read somewhere (possibly in the FAQs on this site?) that 1.50 isn't supported by slims, so is there some kind of slim magic mem stick, because i don't want to just end up bricking it. Also, I found ages ago that the fat psp battery fits the slim ok, so would i be ok using just the datel tool fat battery on a slim?

Thanks,
Nappymonster

I just typed up a giant post, and you had already solved it! Next time could you edit the post and put (Solved) in the title!

1. You will just need to use THIS GUIDE to make the memory stick (and battery). After that, I think it should work ok. I would just use that whole guide and use your original battery for it. You can convert the battery back with no problems if you follow the guide correctly. After making the set, just insert the magic memory stick and then the battery (into the slim or any other non-hacked psp). A screen should come up, and I'm sure you can handle it from there. You now have another Custom Firmware PSP!

2. Yes you were correct about slims not being able to use 1.5. Thats why you should follow the guide above. I would not suggest using the tool battery. Basically I answered those ?'s above haha.
