Bricked PSP with NAND Block eroors and corrupted idstorage

I got a bricked psp and tried to unbrick it using pandoras battery..
But when i try to update it pressing x on first screen then it says that i have got a ta-o82+ mobo so u need to patch first..
then i press x to patch.. again it says the same thing that i have a ta-082+ board so need to patch..
i tried to patch all the time but it doesnt patch why is this happening...
even though it says patched...
continuing in a moment and memstick ligh glows and again shows the same screen..
pls anyone help of out of this problem..
and one thing when i try to dump its nand i got errors reading many blocks about 10 or more..
so whats the problem with that psp..
plzzzz help me....
