3.11 The classic problem

Hey
I know this is going to a really annoying question...
I just need to know from an expect before i buy the pandora and magic mem stick.

Basically my PSP(fat) is stuck in 3.11, i have had CFW on it before and upgraded again to OFW(don't ask why) so now sonys tricks have made me stuck. Will the Pandora fix this? and allow me to go back to CFW.

Again sorry peeps, its a classic problem i just want to know whether i should buy the Pandora or not

also if this helps when i try update it says:

"The system configuration of this PSP does not appear to be correct. The update cannot be completed. Contact technical support for assistance. (DRNFFFFFFD7)"

I wish to go back to CFW
